Owners Andrew “Drew” Conroy and wife Barbara have over 30 years of experience in the swimming pool industry and they have spent those years steadily growing the business’ reputation as one of the top pool builders in the state of North Carolina. AC Pools focuses on concrete and fiberglass swimming pool construction and operates in several key locations. Based out of Carolina Beach, AC pools provides services to the immediate areas of Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Hampstead and other coastal locations. Moving inland, AC Pools also works extensively in the Southern Pines and Pinehurst markets as well as Raleigh, Fayetteville and surrounding areas. While Drew manages the pool construction for AC Pools, Barbara services a dedicated clientele of customers where she performs regular pool maintenance and care. Barbara is also certified to perform National Plaster Council (NPC) start-up protocols for newly plastered swimming pools.
